The plot should never be in an isolated area and away from the radius of the city. Furthermore, it should never be near to any burial or crematorium or near any hospital. Entrance of Duplex:

According to the Vastu grid, the front door of the duplex house is very important as this is an area from where energy enters. And so you should always keep in mind the construction of the main entrance of this part. North, East or North-East direction is most suited for the entrance of the duplex. The entrance door size should always be larger than the other doors of the house. Made from high-quality raw materials, the door should always open inwards and clockwise. 

Vastu location of Pooja Room:

The bathroom should always be constructed in the Northwest corner of the duplex. The use of light-colored tiles is recommended for bathrooms.
